Recommendation for group leaders on how to make the best of the group work learning experience


Nowadays there is a lot of students who are learning various skills in a lot of differentt field of kowledge but one of those skills is doubtless more important than the others and it is, the knowledge of how to work in groups ,because in our future collaborate is mendatory to succed .
So i’m going to try to give you my bestdavices to lead a groure and make it acheve goals.

To begin with , you need to creat a group, my advice is to pick people who have the same mind set than you ,besycly you have to think about the same goals , imagine if this is not the case , you will have some defficulties to work together because you are not thinking about the same solution for a probleme ,and you will be obliged to argue on what is the best one
im not saying this is bad ,because in this situation you can end up with a good resulte ,im saying ,you will not be 100 % productive as a group,

my seconde advice is a bit obvious but i fell like it is important to talk about it . Of cours your teamate have to be good a what there a re doing ,if not ,there is a big chance of you and your group messing up the project .

To conclud it is crucial to choose people with good skills in your team to have a good quality resulte ,
and you also need teammate wthis a suitable mind set to be eficient in group.

i had different difficulties durring the making of this assignment
the firt one is to find ideas for your plan because in no usyaly the leaser of the group i had to help myself with differnte document i found on moodel
an the second one is the speling i was very hard for me to spel the words correctly but i used linguee .
